Hi. I’m Ivory MacIntyre. That’s not my real name, but I prefer to use a pseudonym online.

I started writing short stories when I was just 10 years old. Back then, they looked more like comics – with lots of pictures and speech bubbles alongside the text.
Later on, the stories became more complex, and starting in 2004, I developed them further with friends – sometimes as serial stories, sometimes as forum-based roleplays.

In 2018, the idea came up to turn all those stories into a novel. Even during the planning stage, it became clear that the story would never fit into just one book – it had to become a trilogy.

The first book was finished in 2020, the second in 2021. Both were briefly available for purchase, mainly so friends and acquaintances could read them.
In hindsight, that was a mistake – because now no publisher wants the trilogy.
It’s turned into pure poison 🙂

Anyway, in 2023 I completed the trilogy, rewrote it completely, and started translating it into English in 2024. Since I’m not a native speaker, I used various translation tools to help me.

In the meantime, I’m working on other stories as well – and some of them might grow into new novels.

Here on my blog, I’ll keep posting chapters from time to time to share my work.

Since I also love reading (though that’s sadly faded a bit in recent years), I’ll occasionally talk about the books I’m reading too.
